Arroxane is a life-long writer. Her earliest publications were poetry and short stories--often full of wry humor. She grew up surrounded by nature in the Pacific Northwest, but is fond of cities teeming with life and activities. In the early 90's Arroxane's grandfather, a published writer, passed on the secret of how to make a living as a writer. His advice steered her toward Technical Writing. After a winding path through several industries and locations, Arroxane obtained her Master's in Technical Writing at the University of North Texas. She currently lives in the Dallas area and is active in several non-profit organizations including the Society for Technical Communication and Big Brothers Big Sisters of North Texas.
